This week in our series “The Clothing of the King” we look at Exodus 28. While called to be a nation of priests we find that the Israelites themselves needed priests and the priests a high priest who was dressed in finery that expressed purity, dignity, and glory. Yet as we’ll find out, the clothing does not make the man. Even the high priest Aaron needed to be dressed in a purity, dignity, and glory that his clothes could only point to, the purity, dignity and glory of the true High Priest Jesus.
