In Ephesians 6:1-9, Paul continues his examination of submission both in the family and in the workplace. Having examined marriage, Paul now focuses in on both children and family servants. While we no longer have the family servants, what we learn through Paul’s examination is that just as we are all a part of the family of God in Christ, all our work becomes grounded in God’s good purposes in Christ.
