This week we look at Psalm 1, a Psalm that recognizes the importance of being connected to the divine life of God as a tree is planted in living water. And while the Psalmist instructs us, giving us three things not to do and two things to do, we are ultimately reminded that to be given the living water like a tree is to receive the life of something else into yourself, to be sustained by pure grace.
